- You register the details of your beneficiaries and family members in Xpress Wills Portal;
- From third party sources such as payment through Xpress Wills Portal.

Your personal data are collected for the purpose of:
- Facilitating the drafting and generating your will;
- Issuing payment confirmation;
- Sending to you offers, promotions and news on estate planning;
- Sending to you offers, promotions and news on estate planning from our associates.

The security and protection of Personal Data is of upmost importance. We ensure that sufficient encryptions and protections are in place to prevent unauthorised
disclosure during drafting and storage in our server.
